Medjool dates, walnuts and black currant and a strong hit of Blackthorn salt flakes. Enjoy with the milk of your choice.
Preparation Method
Hot Chocolate:
1. Heat up 140ml (oat) milk
2. Add 30g of chocolate flakes
3. Mix well until fully melted, do not boil
Iced Chocolate:
1. Heat up 70ml (oat) milk
2. Add 30g of chocolate flakes
3. Mix well until fully melted, do not boil
4. Pour 70ml cold (oat) milk in a glass filled with ice
5. Add warm mix and stir well
FERMENTATION: 6-7 DAYS
DRYING: 9-10 DAYS AVERAGE
