OUR FIRST LIMITED EDITION HOT CHOCOLATE!
We have now officially launched our 62% Christmas Limited Edition. This hot chocolate is made with beans from Öko Caribe and boasts a bunch of spices: think coriander, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and we have hand zested hundreds of oranges to add dry orange zest to this. Enjoy with the milk of your choice.
Preparation Method
Hot Chocolate:
1. Heat up 140ml (oat) milk
2. Add 30g of chocolate flakes
3. Mix well until fully melted, do not boil
Iced Chocolate:
1. Heat up 70ml (oat) milk
2. Add 30g of chocolate flakes
3. Mix well until fully melted, do not boil
4. Pour 70ml cold (oat) milk in a glass filled with ice
5. Add warm mix and stir well
FERMENTATION: 5-6 DAYS
DRYING: 10 DAYS AVERAGE

Adriano de Jesús Rodríguez and Gualberto Acebey Torrejón founded Öko Caribe in 2006 aiming at raising the standard of quality cocoa in the country.
Öko Caribe creates a sustainable environment for the smallholder farmers they work with, maintaining a close relationship with the 180 surrounding workers in the area.
They ferment and dry at their facility respecting protocols that ensure only the highest quality cocoa makes it through.
